If your grade does not improve as guaranteed, even though you are eligible for the Grade A Guarantee, we will refund your money minus the fee for payment processing. Unused weekly subscription benefits have no cash value, are not transferrable, and expire at the end of each week. This means that subscription benefits do not roll over to or accumulate for use in subsequent weeks.
