Terms and Conditions of Service

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 [Purpose]

The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the terms and procedures of service use between the Company and users, right, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users and other necessary matters in relations to education services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by “Tublet Korea” (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) through its website (www.tublet.io), mobile application, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).

Article 2 [Definitions]

• The terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:
  1. The term “User” refers to a member and a “non-member” who accesses the Company’s website, etc. and uses the “content” and other services provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The term “Member(s)” refers to a customer who accesses the website, agrees to the term of use, or concludes a service use agreement with the Company through service linked to external social media such as Naver, Kakao, and Facebook, and uses the services provided by the Company.
  3. The term “Content” refers to online courses produced by the Company and provided on websites, etc. and refers to data or information expressed in code, text, sound, image, video, etc. used in the information network under Article 2 (1) 1 of the Information and Telecommunication Network Protection Act.
  4. The term “ID” refers to a combination of e-mail addresses, letters, or numbers determined by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
  5. The term “Password” refers to a combination of letters or numbers determined by the member himself/herself to confirm that the member matches the ID when using the service to protect the member’s personal information.
  6. The term “Email” refers to mail through the Internet or mail using electrical medium.
  7. The term “Post” means writing, photography, video, and various files and links in the form of information such as code, text, voice, sound, video, etc. posted on the Company ’s service website.
  8. The term “Cyber Money (points, coupons, etc.)” refers to a virtual payment method that allows users to purchase the content, etc. on the Company ’s website for free. Cyber money (points, coupons, etc.) may vary depending on the policy at the time of issue, such as the period available, the range of content available for payment, and the method itself.
• Definition of other terms other than those falling under each of the preceding paragraphs shall be subject to transaction practices and related laws.

Article 3 [Provision of Company Identity Information, etc.]

The Company posts the Company’s name, representative name, address, phone number, e-mail address, business registration, mail order business report number, and personal information management manager on the online service initial screen so that Users can easily understand.

Article 4 [Posting of Terms and Conditions]

• The Company posts the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the Service initial screen so that Members can easily understand them. However, the contents of the Terms and Conditions can be viewed through the connection screen.
• The Company clearly indicates the contents of the Terms and Conditions in bold letters or colors so that Users can easily recognize them.

Article 5 [Modification of Terms and Conditions]

• The Company may modify these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws and regulations.
• When the Company modifies the Terms and Conditions, the date of application and the reason for the modification shall be specified so that the Company can check the Terms and Conditions at least 7 days before the date of application (or 30 days before the date of application) and notify existing Members of the amendment through Article 7.
